Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it under the following conditions:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@akra.ie within this period. Once approved, you have 14 more days to send the items back.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns for personalized or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
